A major renovation to this original Edwardian house transformed it into a beautiful family home.

This home was completely renovated and rebuilt for a semi-retired couple. A pavilion style layout was chosen to allow the house to be rebuilt in two stages.

On completion, a single-storey clinker brick home was renovated to become a luxurious double-storey home, in keeping with its existing architectural style.

A tired, Victorian terrace house had a long overdue facelift in this renovation project. The slope of the site allowed a split-level addition at the rear – including a loft study space on the first floor level. Winner of MBAV Award 2007
